The 10-liter R2P Intercooler is a high-performance cooling system for 1.4 TSI and 1.6 TDI VAG Group engines. It drastically reduces the intake air temperature, which allows power to be safely increased and consistent performance to be maintained under demanding conditions. Ideal for the Volkswagen Polo GTI, Audi A1, SEAT Ibiza Cupra and Skoda Fabia RS, in both standard configurations and Stage 2 and Stage 3 builds.

Performance versus the original intercooler

The OEM intercooler heat-soaks quickly after a couple of hard accelerations, causing power losses from high temperatures. The R2P keeps intake temperatures stable even on the track. In tests with K04 turbos and Stage 3 builds, it has been shown to maintain safe IAT values and significantly reduce acceleration times, even on 1.6 TDI engines with a 2260 hybrid turbo.
