Questions about this product?
The R2P R40-1100 is a competition turbocharger prepared for extreme applications between 600 and 1100 hp. Designed for 2.0L to 5.5L engines competing in Drag, Drift or track, it integrates a 68 mm compressor wheel with R-Series aerodynamics that maximizes flow without penalizing response. The combination of a MAR-M alloy turbine and stainless steel housing guarantees thermal resistance up to 1050°C, well above conventional turbos that fail around 900°C.
Key features
- 68/84 mm compressor wheel – massive flow for 600-1100 hp with a peak efficiency of 78%.
- MAR-M turbine – aerospace alloy that withstands up to 1050°C without deforming.
- Stainless steel T3/V-Band 76 mm housing – superior durability and corrosion resistance compared to standard castings.
- Reversible configuration available – adaptable to any manifold design without compromising performance.
- Machined port for speed sensor – real-time monitoring to protect the turbo from over-revving (limit 130,000 RPM).

Why choose R2P
Compared to OEM or generic turbos of similar size, the R40-1100 offers a much wider efficiency map thanks to its competition-specific aerodynamics and aerospace materials. It reduces lag at low revs and maintains constant thrust to redline, while its stainless steel and MAR-M construction prevents the premature thermal fatigue common in builds over 900 hp.
